The main goal of the Lübeck-Sharjah Dual Degree Program is the excellent scientific education of our PhD students. The cooperation between lübeck and Sharjah offers PhD students unique training and support. 
The structured PhD program provides optimal support for students from both sides, Lübeck and Sharjah. To ensure this, there are different committees, such as an individual thesis committee for each student. Here the progress of the project and possible problems can be discussed.
Furthermore, the joint online seminar takes place every two months. Here, two projects are presented and discussed with other interested persons in order to support the student in the best possible way.
The University of Lübeck also offers the students further training opportunities for soft skills. Our students also participate in the advanced training course "Good Scientific Practice".
